While everyone is posting their TBR’s and book hauls, here I am still reading my July TBR. I still haven’t started on Leigh Bardugo’s Grisha Trilogy and I am barely finished with Dan Brown’s Inferno. (And also Throne of Glass)
So how does my mind work right now? It really really really wants a physical copy. But then if you want a physical copy, you have shell out some bucks. And I don’t have bucks right now. I also got off track on my book buying in July because the package I ordered will not ship until August 11. And I sorta bought a book above the P350 mark which messed up my budget. (Gee, thanks a lot Robyn Schneider)

Conclusion: I am horrible with TBR’s. I think it’s not my style. And also… I really need to level up my no junk food policy. Those nasty little things gets in the way of my book money little by little. Really. They may sound cute in terms of prices but hell no it’s gonna eat you alive. I will get back on track this August. And I will read books on my own accord. Yes, settles things up 🙂
My goal in August is to acquire books for the Kiera Cass signing here in Manila. I need to buy them this August so I won’t mess up my book money for September.
Also, I would like to say thank you to all of you. It was a whirlwind. I’m a newbie blogger (if you can tell) and I thought that it would be kinda hard to get followers, especially if it’s those blogs that you absolutely adore. But no, you guys are so so awesome! I mean… 50+ followers. In less than a month. Thank you so much! Dear writing gods, thank you so much for guiding me to discover WordPress. I didn’t know that bookish people I have been looking for ages are here! It really is heaven.
